Directions
In a bowl, All-purpose flour, Salt, Garlic Powder, Black pepper powder chicken breast and mix well and set aside.
In a pan pour oil and add Step 1 ingredients cook in medium heat for 4 minutes at each side and take it out from the pan set aside.
In the same pan add Olive oil, diced shallot, All-purpose flour, Sliced Mushrooms, diced Garlic and cook in medium heat for 4 minutes
Add following ingredients Grape juice, Broth, Lemon juice, Salt, Black pepper powder, Cream cook in medium heat for 2 minutes.
Add Step 2 ingredients Chicken and Cook it for 10 minutes in medium heat.Add it Fresh chopped parsley.
Serve immediately with rice or pasta, Green bean, lettuce and chery tomato
